Does the tnuc ever look happy though?Agent 47 wrote:so you reckon someone like Scuba who owns a label and puts out releases is clearing like 100k a year?
man that would be so fucking sweeet
6 figures doesn't mean anywhere close to "made" in 2013, tbh. Comfortable, sure... but if I "made it" as an artist I'd want to be living a lot better than that. You can exist pretty gloriously in London on £100k, but equally you can barely afford a mortgage on a central 2 bed - 7 figures is really where you start living well AND stacking for the future.Mason wrote:init if your playing one set a week that's a 6 figure salary, i'd consider myself made if i was getting that lolNevalo wrote:id be over the moon if i was getting that per set.
Nah, the likes of Kode9/Loefah/Joy O are not playing every week.garethom wrote:I imagine the people that are demanding a couple of grand a set are likely to play a set a week at least, aren't they?Lye Form wrote:how many people play a set a week though?Mason wrote:init if your playing one set a week that's a 6 figure salary, i'd consider myself made if i was getting that lolNevalo wrote:id be over the moon if i was getting that per set.
