In the two weeks ive started exercising a tiny bit ive lost 5lbs. Just cut out snacking, no soda (not even diet), and just do some push-ups or sit-ups. Slow progress but im happy with it. Been the same weight for maybe 8 years. Strange thing is i enjoy exercising a little. Still hate running, but as far as push-ups, sit-up, planks, and squats (which i feel ridiculous doing)....kinda like it. Whats going on

So, as well as getting a job today, I met up with an old mate and decided to head into town. We tried the cinema to try and get in for a screening of the new Batman. Got there just in time AND there was 2 sides next to each other. The film was brilliant too, best day in ages

funktion one systems are amazing like, nothing else compares to the sound quality for me..not that i've heard anyway
