I took that right after I finished it. Its only to track day to day progress, long term goals are on a separate poster. Basically if I finish what im supposed to for the day I mark it off with a red x. It becomes addictive.

lol it was some hooters girls on fuel tv. i wasn't even watching it because i was on my computer the whole time. then i got up to do the vid, turned around and was chuffed lol. caught me right off guard...but in a good way.
