Even with going to the bank before work, only got in 10mins after 9am. Public transport here is ridiculously efficient.

He's a serious champion and the nicest guy on the field.
I just find it amazing that he could perform like that and still fast.

Found some Peanut butter M&M's I bought a few weeks ago and just had them with coffee. Breakfast of champions.

Sadly not
I had coffee, cereal and a couple of rounds of toast whilst trying to follow what was happening on the Spanish morning news. Something about a fire in Catalonia, and none of the presenters can pronounce 'Bradley Wiggins' properly.

He batted so well for his innings, I don't particularly like his style though. England face a seriously tough task to salvage this game.

I don't want to jinx them but a win for SA is almost certainly on the cards.

What an innings from Amla, all the more amazing after hearing that he was fasting. A massive test for Bhopara today, it'll be interesting to see how he handles it. Ian Bell could be England's saviour, though I wouldn't put my money on that.

Bell is a solid player, Bopara not so much, I think this is his last chance in test cricket (he should never have been re called to the side in the first place)

Have to say that the tune itself isn't too bad, but I don't think his voice fits. Just don't really like it.
