not one for the purists i guess. i'm a fairly recent dubstep convert - so there's a fair amount of other influences in this one. saying that it would have turned out different if it weren't for this forum, so i though i'd share it

First track i made with logic Any ideas for improving it. It was made to make mixing from dubstep to drum 'n' bass easier hence the drastic tempo change

@somatix and we bang. cheers - glad you like it - a rubber cone style overdrive did the trick nicely on the bassline

still finding my way with the dubstep tho - so your feedback is much appreciated. liking what i'm hearing from your end too - will check some more out when i find a minute!

the release is planned for mid to late June as part of an IJ remix EP (on bandcamp - which comes highly recommended as a commission-free alternative to itunes for self-publishing) - though happy to provide promo 320s to interested parties...

Here's my latest. Been on a trance kick and I'm sure you'll hear the trance inspiration. Will be posting feedback when I get off work in the morning, I uploaded the final version just before I left for work.

Have had to take a few months out to concentrate on Uni work but am free for the summer to produce as much as I want here's the first tune ive produced in months - lemmie know what you think!

nice track man i like the panning hats, but i think the wobble needs to be a tad louder, but that might just be because im listening on headphone still pretty sick though still

@ noizydan - i like the track dude,, the main bass doesnt really jump out at me though, not a huge fan of the sound youve used.. overall its a decent track, just the sound of the bassline isnt of my taste!

@ DubSac - im really liking this one mate... it is however a little bit on the short side! thats the only constructive criticism i could say about this track

@ We Bang - i posted feedback on the WIP thread about that track, really nice song! (head over there to see what i said)

@ JBE - that song has just chilled me out dude,, totally good vibes coming off it! i can hear the trance inspiration for sure!, TUNEEE!

@ Grayscale - its a decent track, maybe a bit on the repetitive side.. i like the sparkling sort of synth sound, not too sure about the other main sound used.. but yeah man keep it at!

heres a track from A-List (myself) & Impey, a duo from the DSF have been working on. hopefully one of many tracks to come from us. But yeah, pretty much finished now (i think)... let us know what you think! cheers

Cheers A-List - yeah I recon I'm gonna go back and switch up the drum beats a bit and try and add to the evolving nature of the track - any tips on switching it up?, didn't want to throw too much in there as I was going for the minimilist approach - think Im chuck in a few filter sweeps and effects etc and mix up the drum samples a bit to add more depth to it.

By the way A-List am really feeling you're track - it's fucking ace! Nice work.

Edit on an old-ish track. Looking for feedback, tips, advice, what you like and especially what you DO NOT like.

urm not really tbh, all i do is get like 3-4 hats and then layer them up but i suppose thats what everyone does really, you think you could take a look at my track in my sig and give feedback?
