I saw someone getting openly mugged in the UKf tent at global gathering (went to see koan sound)- couldn't get over to help the guy (i'm a bit stupid when it comes to these things - prob would have got my head kicked in), when he went to security they just said "yeah its happening a lot in that stage at the moment"

And that was it. :-/

I doubt anyone is going to get jacked at DMZ though

Friend had hers robbed by the time she got from the entrance>toilet>Bar last time I was there. Just to add to the FEAR.

Its mostly people that are off their face, I see people doing it at Fabric and shit, like they will bump into people that you could punch and wouldn't notice and give them abit of chat while they dig through their bags and shit.

Stuff has been stolen before, most infamously at the 5th birthday where a bunch of guys went round yanking necklaces off people.
