You can't rub up to girls when you hear some Coki.
I've seen quite a few girls at several dances. Guess you are just scaring them away

Haha I kid.

hahaa yo you guys are f!cking hilarious.
We don't have this problem at DubWAr NYC... well maybe around stamina crew hours but still mad females in the dance. Real talk, most of the regulars I see are ladies and they know the tunes.

i don't really get what everone is talking about, in London there are loads of girls at the nights now - sometimes there's even a queue for the ladies loo at fwd/dmz!
so much more balanced than the old days..check out me at an early dubstep night in nottingham circa april/may 2007 - i couldnt hear the bass over the testosterone...

it's definitely worse in london.
Think it's got something to do with the fact that there's a very large link between grime and dubstep.
in london there was a large grime scene and anybody that's been to a grime rave nos that more often than not there was beef.
i reckon the association in people's minds stops girls from going coz they don't like the aggro.
put another way. internationally the poeple getting into dubstep now are more from techno or trancey backgrounds than they will be from a grime background. There's already plenty of girls in them musics whereas mebe not so in grime.
jst a thort.. feel free to disagree.

DAMN ESH!!! what did you start?!?!? Not that it matters, but I think we have a pretty decent ratio goin on for the most part. Dubstep is SO new & underground here in San Diego I think it's not so much that girls arent diggin on Dubstep.. I think they just don't really know about it... but that's changing... especially when sexy mo fo's like myself start doing more

Maybe part of the reason we didn't get as many of girls at the Elev8 shows could also be because... there was a kinda lame vibe going on there for a minute. The majority of people who were there EVERY week... were fellow DJ's & producers...single, and on the whole "I'm a DJ" bit.. tryin to use status to get in them panties... but what do i know.
