Afterglow from a loooovely weekend. I'm a fucking wreck this morning, but I'm happy. So far it's been pointed out that I had newspaper print all over my face (bit of a shaky-sweat on the Tube this morning!) and now someone's just noticed that my scalp has been stained by pollen. I think that might've happened on Saturday night. Fucking Lilies.

Yeah, he survived. He had quite a time. We were trying to direct him home on the phone from about 3.30-4am then lost contact with him for about an hour... when kay finally got hold of him again we just overheard him saying "No Ben... Ben... you're not in Bristol, Ben...". He'd spotted an Asda and assumed he was in Bedminster!

i also booked another coach down to london when i was out of it so looks like i'll be down next weekend again.

Also well happy today cos I've noticed my general mood is improving more and more having been well up and down pretty much all this year, been doing a lot of exercise which is probably why, it's nice to wake up feeling optimistic in the mornings

well, it's felix's birthday on saturday and he's working till like 8 and my coach is on friday so i've got all friday night and saturday day time to kill.

do you guys have any plans for then? gotta keep it relatively cheap so something like a lads night in would be good

well, it's felix's birthday on saturday and he's working till like 8 and my coach is on friday so i've got all friday night and saturday day time to kill.

Friday night I'm going to see the drummer who was in Fela Kuti's band but Saturday daytime I'm free man, we could chill in regent's park or something if the weather is good, get some cheap eats

I'm working Saturday and S-K-I-N-T so probably sitting out this weekend. Lame.
