Really depends. - Glass of water for every alcoholic drink consumed to be taken before bed (up to a maximum of ~4 pints), together with a multi vit if you've got one.

- Breakfast involving cooked meat product served in some sort of bread (sauce optional but recommended)
- If still feeling rotten, Diarlyte salt replenishment sachet in a glass of water (just the one that replaces salts, not the anti squits one)

We always have all tickets on one name.
You can put whatever name you want on there.

System they ask to see the bank card you booked with and Im sure ive had that in other places as well.
