i think it has more to do with people taste. they like certain style of music more than others and thus mainly listen to that style.

i often comment on soundcloud instead of making a post here saying "ye that's nice"

try and give proper feedback when i have time though

Jayladders - that algebra track is cool. I would work a bit on the high freqs - the hats are a bit loud or 'harsh'. Definitely good ideas and so on, maybe a tad too bright and clean in general, but thats just personal preference.
I would distort or saturate and reverb the entire drum and perc 'unit' and turn it down a bit. Also turn the kicks up.

@ C.Mason I like that a lot. The 'snare' is too quiet but I like the 'clack'. Lovely vibes and little hat edits all around.

i think my post may seem like a thinly veiled whine that my music isnt being commented on: it wasnt. i was just wondering if anyone PMs each other or has any other form of contact because i dont see much exchange here. all good anyhow.

I think it might just be the case of people already following each other on sc and its almost always nice to try to get people talking, don't worry.

what I've been up to lately.

hircine - not hugely that into that kind of dubstep but the production's flawless, big ups

mason - i really like the sounds and loop you've got but it could possibly do with changing a little bit throughout the tune. maybe an extra melody coming in and out, i dunno

dididub - probably feeling that ice rink remix the most out of those three, good tune. some more sub might be nice beneath the kick

By the way guys, big iron is taking submissions for tunes for the next IronCast. If anyone here wants their tune played or whatever just let me know and well sort it out. Big ups everyone involved.
