ugh, Civ 5 is up for potential flash sale in 5 1/2 hours, I might have to stay up past my bedtime just incase it wins and goes down to £5.00. That will definitely be my last purchase for this sale period I reckon!

The Last of Us was da last game I bought, it was great. Ending was kinda anticlimactic, though.

Indeed. The plot of it was good, but the execution of it was as bad as it possibly could have been imo.

The Last Of Us was pretty amazing. The attention to detail is just unreal, there's so many rooms and places to go and explore... Like I could probably go around all day just collecting shit.

The only problem I had with it was the inconsistent AI, and how they sometimes spawn out of nowhere practically right in front of you.

Yea I ended up upgrading mine to Gold $5 for all the DLC minus Brave New World was too good to pass up.

just a heads up u gotta be a little patient with persona once you start, takes a couple hours before you're actually playing. the character development and interaction along with the story should draw you in tho. It's almost like the walking dead game in that aspect. hope u enjoy, its such a brilliant game.

Im a few hours into last of us, just finished the part where you escpe through the drains from the guys with torches.
Its alright but i hope it picks up a bit, not worthy of the hype so far

Mount & Blade Warband would be the one to get today if people don't have it already
There's a pretty damn good A Song of Ice & Fire mod in beta atm as well (Game of Thrones for you TV only people) http://www.moddb.com/mods/a-clash-of-kings

Mount & Blade is one of those games you can sink hundreds of hours in and there are a ton of mods.

Dirt 3 is like a Hollywood version of rallying, as long as you're not expecting it to feel realistic its a good game

I've been playing Sleeping Dogs with a couple mods.
Sweetfx graphic mod and camera mods.
It just looks amazing and now driving is fun like it should be.
