i don't talk about music these days either
people around me either tell me who i should sound like, based on the latest break-out internet sensation in hip hop and electronica, or they tell me they're sick of everything hip hop and electronic, because of how saturated its become, and they proceed to put on a limp bizkit playlist (ironically also has electronic/hip hop elements)

pardon me, but just because something's finally faded into obscurity doesn't make it sound any better
