you need to eat around 30-40 icelandic shrooms, they're that small. in san francisco we bought some huge ones around three with long stems and huge caps..had a greenish tint, never seen the type before.

only really get liberty caps, have to comsume about 100-200 to get any feeling at all

just thinking about the amazing amount of support i have had from people on/from here over the past week and feel like i haven't engaged enough with a lot of it and made clear how grateful i am etc, cos i'm very bad at that sort of thing. i am also happy that a week later i am, as wobbly as that track is, still ON track. sooooo thanks again guys, and i hope i can offer the same to you lot in return if you ever need it.

ALSO am noting that several people have not been about and realised it's cos they've been at brisfest having a blast

my uncle is the coolest

flew out from being a big name director in hollywood to spend a weekend w his parents (my grandparents), and he swung by st paul's to take me out to town for dinner. I had always known that he and my aunt were sort of ex-ravers from the 90s but never to the full extent, we had a really in depth talk about the whole hardcore continuum, he told me loads about ecstasy (the first time he ever did it was with my aunt who had been deeper into the rave scene, back in the illegal days where they had map points she would go out every weekend).

it's cool to have someone to talk to about all of that, being interested in all of it. he's also just an insanely cool guy, had a really fun night with him.

I said that more as a sort of exaggerated term to describe him, but yeah he does live in la and he directs shows like wipeout and fear factor and all that....he'll be the first to tell you it's nothing but shitty reality tv

woke up at a relatively normal time, 4am. its dark and rainy today aswell which makes me feel better. also just rediscovered 'love dont come easily' which is a hell of a tune for dark rainy mornings.

season 2 of community arrives today as well as books 5 and 6 of walking dead. also might be getting sex later. OPTIMISM
