That is a badboy deal! Where can I find this discount Irn Bru?
Tesco, they do 8 cans for £2 but one of the packs was bashed to fuck so they had it in a corner reduced £1. Still, £2 for 8 is pretty sound!

also, i found the compa bio epoch mentioned...
"Compa’s unrivalled rise in the ranks stands tall and is backed with an infinite arsenal of dubplates. This is a man who truly embodies the vinyl culture, sacrificing his appetite, by funding the custom pressing of his acetates. The time and dedication that this man puts into his productions, DJing and appearances is truly inspiring. On top of his already MASSIVE plate, Compa makes time to host his radio show every Wednesday 2-4pm on Sub.Fm."
1.) What does "sacrificing his appetite" even mean?
2.) "The time and dedication that this man puts into his productions"... remember a while ago someone on the WXWL account stated he made the Dem a Talk remix, his biggest tune, in one night...
also "The greatest thing about his sounds is that they are as fresh and new as they are classic and timeless."
good bio, 10/10
1) It means he spends his money on acetates rather than eat.
2) Sometimes if an idea flows then a track can be finished in 1 night.

Yeah but "appetite" doesn't mean food, if he chose to buy acetate instead of food then his appetite would increase, not deplete which "sacrifice" implies... it was just a roundabout way of saying it. And i'm not "h8ing" i like compa i just have a thing for contrived and hyperbolic artist bios.

not that im comparable in any way to any big name artists but ive never taken more than two days to finish any one track. probably cos i work on something until its finished so i dont lose the flow

re: sonika's malleable mind:

and sacrificing food is what drug addicts do, it's not admirable, it's a bit silly

Got through to the final of the competition the mix in my sig is for. Will be performing on wednesday 3rd of october at south nightclub in manchester with Illum Sphere and Synkro, and If I get through that with Benji B at a secret location in London. So fucking hyped and nervous at the same time, never played out before and that apart from house parties.

Good luck mate. Similar thing for us at the moment, waiting to hear if we are through to the final 4 of this comp we are in, started off with 83, got down to the final 10 and played in Vauxhall last Wednesday. It was looking good for us to progress from what the promoters were saying tho.

Cheers guys. Going to have to practice so much. And bother so many people for dubs so i'm not just rinsing the same songs as everyone else
