For somone that dossnt like grime your music is sounding very grime influenced.

ooh loving those vibes abs, reminds me of Lone. would love to hear more along that maritime fairytales vibe, refreshing switch from your usual shizzle
meanwhile, I made a lil grime refix:

I quite liked this tbh.
There's something about the beat-pattern that sounds awkward. Not bad though, kinda like the intro to Unglued by Objekt.

Feeling your first one immerse, sound design is sick, use of space/time etc etc is on key aswell.
2nd one is nice too especially when it drops back it at 1.48~
Ehbs that track is ridiculous.

With the change in season i've been more in the mood to make some dungeon-esq tracks, anyway this was just a WIP, decided to chuck that vocal on top for a bit of a giggle, i guess this isn't really a dub, because the final version is going to be instrumental, and yeah, it generally needs work, but feel free to enjoy it haha

I like the vocal, but not on this track. At least not as it stands. Filter it with a highpass. And maybe delay it manually, once or twice should be enough.

I think the vocals could work but they need to be bigger, also maybe make the drums a little less sluggish, they seem to sort of clunk along

I like the atmosphere, the weird stabs & pads...drums for me could do with more variation...like add a clap and kick every now and then and have it change up on second drop.
like it though

The trick to making good grime is not liking grime.

I think a bouncier kick would make this more of a head nodder - nice riddim to it, i like the live funky bass.
Maybe increase the movement, automating eq etc?
also mix wise i would bring the kick down, and switch up which elements you want at the forefront a bit, (duno if that makes sense) ? it also sounds very compressed - the hisssss sounds like the waves vintage compressor?
new idea i am working on

yeah maybe i will try a different kick, not cos you said it though was gonna do that anyway so...........
dunno why it sounds so compressed, i think the samples i used already sound quite compressed.. also might need to back off on the SSL compressor on the mix bus.
the hiss is from tape noise man, i record everything to 2 inch tape on my vintage studer
i like that tune you posted, but i feel like the drums could be more in your face and they have a little too much reverb for my taste, but i like the beat
