Honestly after all this shit I'm far more scared of our police departments and the fact they apparently have the ability to basically instill martial law when looking for one 19 yo punk than I am Chechen terrorists.

You understand the difference between state and municipal in terms of policing though?

And now we have Bloomberg being a tool as always
Bloomberg Says Interpretation of Constitution Will ‘Have to Change’ After Boston Bombing
http://politicker.com/2013/04/bloomberg ... to-change/

We have to combat those terrorists who hate our freedom, by removing more of your freedom.

Mr. Bloomberg, who has come under fire for the N.Y.P.D.’s monitoring of Muslim communities and other aggressive tactics, said the rest of the country needs to learn from the attacks.

....

Still, Mr. Bloomberg argued the attacks shouldn’t be used as an excuse to persecute certain religions or groups.

It's a concern when young refugees
take advantage of opportunities to be educated, socialize & marry
then take out their disaffection on random young fellow-citizens.

I don't see it as terrorism so much as violent acting out,
reacting to not being accommodated as they feel befitting,
in this case inspired by the older brother preferring the culture of Dagestan
yet returning to the States for its standard of living.

His mind must've been poisoned by some Chechen jealot
just as his body was mangled by his brother's driving over him
and the kid, by failing to blow his own brains out,
is left to ponder his stupid decision to support a hateful act
in mute silence while being cared for by his would-be victims,
some of whom, being good-hearted, will forgive him.

And what did they achieve?
More hate from the ignorant,
more justification for fear from the militant reactionaries.

Well done lads.
Well done all you bombers & killers.
Out there improving the world no end...
No, really, you will fail
because your actions fail to convince us of your causes
when they need to be deliberately expressed in the blood of innocents.
Your attempts to punish us into compliance with your will
counter any nascent sympathy or support for your hardships
particularly when your anachronistic beliefs contribute to them.

Hardened hearts are our enemy.

'Every one is so naive, we live in a dumb society because people refuse to believe that this was a false flag attack. THATS EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO THINK. They have been doing this for years but its only until now that the US government has slipped up and bad. Whats worse is the evidence is there people now about it but because the majority are too stupid and controlled by the anesthetization of the media they refuse to believe its going on'

http://english.pravda.ru/news/world/23- ... sarnaev-0/
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, who was formally charged with terrorist attacks in Boston, said the chief inspirer and organizer of the bombings was his elder brother Tamerlane.

Tsarnaev Jr., who was seriously injured during the arrest, is currently staying in a hospital in Boston. The District Court of Massachusetts arranged a teleconference to the hospital room, where Dzhokhar stays, to have the suspect participating in the trial.

Tsarnaev had had his vocal cords injured, so he could answer questions in writing and nodding. According to the court, the 19-year-old suspect planned the attack together with his brother and had no connection with any terrorist groups.

Judge Marianne Bowler read the rights to the suspect and announced that Tsarnaev had been charged on several counts, including mass murder. The charges stipulate death penalty or life imprisonment. In response, Dzhokhar nodded.

"Following the meeting, I can conclude that the suspect is conscious, sane and understands the nature of the charges against him," said Bowler.
It must have been his brother.. the most predictable thing to say

Wouldn't it be attempted mass murder? I don't know how many bodies qualifies for mass murder though.
Also I wish I could link that article mainly "According to the court, the 19-year-old suspect planned the attack together with his brother and had no connection with any terrorist groups." To some "friends" who unfriended me on facebook after posting some ignorant and hateful shit and me calling them on it.
