i feel worse and worse every day. i dont understand why im still feeling derealisation and why its getting stronger and more intense. ive tried every known method to cure it and everything makes it worse. i know i go on about this a lot but its genuinely ruining my life. ive lost the ability to go out to nights, i can hardly even walk around my neighbourhood anymore. im fucking sick and tired of feeling this way.
