For $10?
I got them for $4.50
and we were giving away our spare keys the other day.
You know that they are steam and origin keys?
Which means you can register on both.
So register the steam versions and give the origin versions to a friend.
yeh man, I registered all the steam ones, don't even have origin on my pc so didn't bother with them, i'll probs give em to my younger bro

i honestly think I've spent more thinking, reading, and watching videos about this game than I spend playing most games. It's getting a bit ridiculous.

I think it's because it might turn out to be one of the most epic games of all time mate

If it has the same level of mod support as the original it sure will be.

Even without, the sheer scale of this game is something to behold. It's significantly larger than Rome I for a start.

I hadn't seen this, wow
With you on the Triarii thing though... I guess it makes sense, but after a couple hundred hours in Rome 1 it sounds flatout wrong to my ears. What factions are you guys leaning towards for your first campaigns?

Rome then not sure, I will see how my opponents square up in game. I am a bit disappointed we can't play as the Seleucids as they easily had the most fun unit roster in Rome 1

yeah but still I don't tend to buy DLC unless it is 75% off, I don't really like DLC all that much.
Anyway, you seen this video? The AI on Very Hard mode looks extremely good, the way it supports cav charges, the way it uses the General to give buffs to different units that need it, the way it scouts the forested areas to seek out potential threats. I'm getting super psyched here haha, haven't been this excited for a game since I was like 12 years old

Could none of the voice actors in Rome 2 pronounce any of the historical names correctly?

They have changed some of them, like Mak-a-don, prin-k-pays and tree-r-e.

they changed them so that they are correct.
Tree-are-ee-eye sounds a lot better than Tree-are-ee-ee, however, it is incorrect, so they changed it.
Prin-suh-pays is correct, Prin-cuh-pays is wrong.
etc.
Unforunately, a lot of these new, correct pronunciations are a lot less macho sounding. But then again, Latin was not a macho language. It was kinda floaty and lah-dee-dah
