IMO if Germany had gone through to the European championship finals instead of Italy, Spain would've been taken apart by exactly what we've seen in the last 48hrs.

If Giroud had taken that chance for 3-0 in Munich, it might have been Arsenal there

We still have our players clapping Van Persie onto the pitch on Sunday to look forward to

That's what I'm saying, Sunday's gonna be embarrassing. They're now playing for nothing whilst we're still 'battling' for top four. Add that to the fact that United's away lot will make more noise than us about RVP and being champions.
and Giroud banned - Podolski rarely starts - aka Gervinho will be starting.

Depends what sort of team fergus puts out. If he really wants that points record i can't see us getting a win.
We've beat them once in our last 11 meetings...

Might have worked if you hadn't mentioned Gazidis, he couldn't negotiate a move for Downing

nah, Spain as a unit will still be the top team imo. Most of Dortmund's best talent isn't even German (Polish) and Bayern, who are quite a cosmopolitan club, have a huge non-German contingent in their first team/squad. Unfortunately I don't see tiki-taka going anywhere for at least another couple years (which sucks cos I HATE watching it)
