Hey guys,
I've got a little problem with my new headphones <AKG k 142 HD>. It seems that the output level is too low. I turned up the volume in my configuration settings and I've been scrolling through my Ableton options but I can't figure out how to drive up the general volume while producing music in Ableton.
I don't have this problem in Itunes, etc.
Greets and I hope anybody could help me out!

Much joy to come for you then - get corpus out and fire some samples through it - You can make crazy shhiiit!

np... the collision/corpus is 129 euro - whole suite is only 189...
sure are trying to take my cash !
How are the rest of the instruments in the suite, heard good things, but already have a ton of synths and effects (komplete 5, albino, nice freeware, UAD...)
Cheers

Wtf is the D in the top right hand corner next to the cpu usage, it goes orange then the audio stops

it is probably a bit overkill with those plugs but sampler and operator make the package for people w/o any commercial 3rd party vsts. operator is very well integrated to the interface and sampler has some wild possibilities though kontakt will probably be better (i dunno). loading operators into drum racks is good fun, it allows you to make tweak-able percussion mixed right into your kit.
Analog has a very nice sound sometimes, awful other times
electric sounds very nice with the right settings and effects and again very cheesy other times. it takes some work
tension is pretty useless, except maybe for some random resample and sound design work.

too much cpu usage gwan. overload. if the D is lit up then it's going over 100% or some such. although the relation between the cpu meter and how much cpu usage actualy gwan is a bit blurry.

The "D" is the disk overload indicator. It basically means that your hard disk can't stream all the audio fast enough and isn't necessarily related to CPU usage. Usually happens to me if I have a lot (40+) of audio tracks running. I think you can minimize the hard disk streaming by loading some audio clips into ram instead. (in the individual clip settings)

i solved my earlier problem... it was the back to arrangement button! simple haha
another thing, would installing the live 8 demo mess up a dubiously acquired version of 6?
hypothetically of course

really getting into corpus... I use it on most tracks somewhere, it can add another dimension to beats especially (if used sparingly). I've been trying it on a return but it can easily muddy things up if yer not careful. I've also had some good results using the membrane resonance to beef up the bottom end.
I'm interested how you use it Mr Eops??
