i know it's cuntish, but over the speed limit is over the the speed limit. at the end of the day he could have still easily given you a ticket for it

the unwritten rule around here is if its within 5 mph over then the police won't care...and tbh i would have been fine if he wasn't being a dick about. was being nice and compliant and all that jazz, then jimmy bigcockofthelaw comes over and tries to lecture me.

yea i never seen a 20 mph zone

its the only one in town everyone want to raise it but the police sorta block it so they can ticket people
