Stupid bus was over 20 minutes late, looks like I'm not getting back to college on time.

Home now, everything's fine. Since I've started going out in public more I'm getting them less but every now and then it just grabs my balls and shouts UR A tnuc, 3KOUT in my face. I find the best thing to do is just do as much as I can, I posted here, facebooked, listened to a tune and smoked and I was occupied.

Haha jesus sounds horrible. I've only ever had 2, one was at a festival while I was asleep, I smoked at least 20 cigarettes in about an hour to try calm me down.. had no idea it was a panic attack just thought I was dying. 2nd I had recently, like 2 months ago.. not sure why just woke up and had one. Sort of worked out it was a panic attack after a while and began reading how to get rid of it quicker so I could get back to sleep. Most advise was "go for a jog". 3am in Manchester after a panic attack, last thing I wanna do is go for a jog.

Its weird I was asleep both times I recall have very vivid dreams, not sure what they're about now but at the time they seemed really vivid. I never remember my dreams either.

I don't think I've ever had a panic attack, except this one time me and a few mates were going to this party at a community hall in the park for one of the lads mum's birthday. We were going to roll a couple of joints, but decided to roll one fat one instead. Smoked it and started walking and I was so blazed. Then my heart started going crazy and I thought I might be having a panic attack but then reasoned in my head that I can't be having a panic attack if I'm acknowledging it like that. I kept quiet because we were really close to the place, once we got in I sat down and felt better and concluded that I must've been too high. I told the others about it when I started to feel ok. then we told the DJ to play Rick Astley, which actually got a lot of people dancing. Basically did his job for him. Then we left and smoked more joints.

Does that sound like it may have been a panic attack? The heart attack bit not Rick Astley.
