Yes they can, fairly easy to say that the item is no longer in stock.

Every time I ask him about it he says he hasn't got a job and he's only just got enough money to survive but I know that he's recently moved in with a mate and they had to put down a deposit for the house and he had enough money left over to buy himself a DMZ ticket.

It's for his flights to outlook last year and he booked them through my work. Basically he put them on my account and the deal was that they had to be paid off by December otherwise they get taken out of my bonus. December came and still nothing.

I'm thinking about asking my manager if we can un allocate the money so the invoice shows as unpaid and then send him a legal letter threatening to sue. I don't really want to do that though because it's a real dick move but to be honest he's been a dick to me so he deserves it really.

If that doesn't work I'll have to start taking fingers
