2 teaspoons of cocoa
1/4 cup of icing sugar
1 egg
mix together in a cup and microwave on high for 1 minute.
Instant chocolate cake in a cup.
Plops out perfectly.
Add icing while it's hot and it melts to make a wonderful warm, chocolate pud.

I was having a panic attack and felt fucking fucked up as shit, and got angry at how useless I've become, so I just lost it and walked to the shop to buy some tabacco I don't really need just to feel useful again. I managed it and although I feel just as bad I feel like I've accomplished something. Yay
