some dickhead on his phone pulled out of a park and reversed into me. rather than apologising, he tried and shift the blame by saying that I approached him too fast. It was such a minor scratch and if the person was decent I would have said no harm no foul, but since he was acting like a condescending twat I'm gonna make him pay.
