It's GTA, obligatory.
I'm confident it'll be worth the hype though.

Some shops/sites are reportedly taking pre-orders for a suspected release date somewhere (i've forgotten already, the 1st??) in March of next year.

Rockstar have refused to comment.

They haven't announced it for PC yet which is a bit worrying, but not that big a deal since they tend to release shit ports and no RDR for PC.
Am I the only one who found GTA4 kinda meh? I've been playing GTA since I got a demo for the original with a PC mag when I was a kid too.

It's a good game just didn't life up to the expectations everyone had, you should give the DLC a try plus they pop up pretty cheap on steam.

Honestly I got it for cheap on amazon and barely touched it. I played Saints Row 2 more than GTA4 (SR3 is a diff story).
At some point they lost the plot on GTA, kind of like Rockstar's take on Max Payne which while good was so off for fans of 1 & 2.
They make some good games and have some great IPs, just they are suffering from sequelitis (think EA and Activision) imo (and they shouldn't have gotten the rights to the Max Payne IP imo).

Ps2 Gta's had amazing storeys so i think a lot of people will always replay.
Gta IV replayability is excelent for just driving around, shooting prople etc, storey line was wack though. V will just be an upgrade from IV in that sense making IV obsolete IMO.
So unless V has a decent storey to it VI will make V obsolete too.

I think adding a storyline to GTA is where they went wrong and what gave Saints Row the market opening.

GTAIV with mods is easily one of the best looking games out right now.

Yea the enb mods and injectors are great, shame they seem to hate me and my ATI card.
Also such a shame that the port was so horridly optimized.
