had some fuckin weird dreams these last days:
Dream 1:
This was a quick one. I've never heard Ramadanman - Work Them, but I've seen it loads of times on discogs in the related records section. So the dream is I'm at Outlook and that tune is being performed live with three asian men standing on the stage. First one on keyboard/MPC/computer gadgets, second on a mic and third on the violin. The tune starts with this sort of bright-sounding driving tribal-ish percussion (with no kick drum) triggered by MPC asian man. Everyone's vibin. Then a few bars in, the violin dude starts delivering some grime-ish string hits that surprise me with how tight and subby they sound for a classical acoustic instrument, probably because he's playing into a mic and there's a good system. Then the third guy starts chatting some rasta lyrics about "the informa dem" with the track name "work them" in there somewhere, maybe like "we work dem, dun know yeah we work dem". It sounds sick but then the dream ends lol. Now I don't wanna hear what Work Them actually sounds like anymore

Dream 2, this one was just last night/this morning and was a bit grimmer:
So I'm going with this whole crew of people, probably my whole class plus loads of others, to some kind of…resort? Hotel?. It's up in the woods above Oslo. So some kind of event is being organized, I wish I could remember more clearly. Everyones in some kind of old lobby being told by this organizer whats going on. Turns out what's going on his everyone has to kill/stab each other. I start getting this uncomfortable horror movie feel. Suddenly we all have makeshift shanks and we're in the springtime forests around the place and it's people going around stabbing each other as far as the eye can see. I think my sister is there too. I'm mostly looking for a way to GTFO, but I think I reluctantly shank some people who try to attack me as well. Some people are riding big black horses around. It looks like a medieval battle almost. It gets a bit blurry here, but a bit later I'm still in the forest stab war and this girl in my class, whos a shy bookworm muslim type with a hijab, is approaching me and she's somehow extra dangerous. However she seems to recognize how fucked it all is and sneers at me while kind of shooing me away, like she's trying to make it appear like she's after me to the other people, but isn't going to actually stab me. I breathe out in relief. At this point I think there's a searchlight going around and I have to hide behind the trees and crawl down a hill. Then I escape into this little shed with two doorways and no doors (looks like a piece of environment in a videogame). I sort of "camp" in there waiting for enemies to come through the doors. One or two come through and I shank em. Then Mason comes in through one of the doors with his shank in hand (i know his face from snapchat) I'm like "you're cool right?" while raising my shank in defense. Then he goes "yeah yeah I'm cool". So we both hide in the shed. Then we're joined in the shed by this other chick who's on our side, somehow. We all understand we need to escape this whole war. So mason pulls out a piece of coal from his jacket pocket, then eats it like a sweet, munching it down, disgustingly. Then the girl goes "uh oh, you know why we're fucked now right?". Then I reply with "yeah, we needed that for the car". Somehow the car which is located not too far away, which we could escape in, is powered by coal and mason just ate the fuel. Mason doesn't seem to fussed though, he's like "whatever man" and shrugs. The girl and I discuss how far we will get in the car now that there's very little fuel, and we theorize like "I reckon we could get to that petrol station there" and so on. There's some more after that but it's too vague.
