fucking hell those rules are so gay. they would make me actively not want to go to the night.
they are almost trying to suck all the fun out of the music.

Yeah what Joe said.. Rashad didn't die of an overdose. They want you to buy a lot of drinks, alcohol is considered a hard drug by many, but they say weed is not a drug
I know many states in the US went mental with their policy on weed, but now it's not a drug anymore?

They have to state a strong no pills and powders policy by law though innit? Every festival and club does it.

that's just sad, it will help achieve theirgoal of not having more than 250ppl attending tho
also make sure to drugtest ppl before they go in, they might've taken something!

At most put out a 'reminder' of some sort that they rely on the support of punters to keep the night viable, so fair enough asking people not to bring their own drink in. The authoritarian tone is completely ott though. And besides, the types of people they're most likely aiming that at aren't the core supporters dedicated enough to bother following them on fb...

this is why i like system though, it's so relaxed, you can just smoke a cig without having to go stand outside in the tuffnel park drizzle and noones gonna try and touch my balls on the way in to make sure i don't have anything on me

yeah ny night life sounds like such a par for ticket prices, cant imagine keysound acts are charging tiesto rates atm

literally my dream derbsterp lineup atm

are they flying in acts though? won't these djs just be touring america/ doing a few shows in america anyway. when my mates have booked american/european djs for their nights they are generally doing shows in the UK at the time so they're not exactly covering transatlantic airline costs with the booking fees. surely someone like LAS only costs a grand or two to book maximum. outside of dubstep forum and the keysound radio show they are hardly big names and they pllay music which isn't exactly in demand

i'd be v surprised if las is getting a G to play, no idea how much he would get though, i had heard that house veterans like moodyman are getting 5 grand to play motion in bristol, and loefah gets like 2, but that could be utter bollocks haha, i'd assume most dubstep guys would be cheap

I would bet las is getting $500, plus a flight and hotel. I would still bet the promoter pays for one of the tickets, which is probably another $500. Thats how most of the tours are done over here.

yeah probably more like 200-600 but i inflated it to take in flights etc. for benefit of the doubt

loefah is one of the biggest names you can book atm in a small-medium sized clubs so thats unsurprising tho 2 bags is still a lot
