thats a form of censorship in itself and shows they have an agenda. . .
releasing all of their best information in one go is like prematurely ejaculating inside the best looking woman you'll ever have sex with.

in other news, the whole idea behind releasing them slowly is to draw enough attention to specific ones. If they released them all at once, it would be overwhelming and you really wouldn't know where to start, and many leaks would get drowned out. This way, newspapers can focus attention to issues one by one so more people are talking about it simultaneously.

In even other news, the U.N. is going to begin investigating if the treatment of Bradley Manning voilates international human rights (src)

They were in the process of doing that anyway.
First, let’s be clear, the 250,000 pages of cables amounted to some geopolitical Jerry Springer he-said-she-said nonsense to make countries look petty and stupid.  They revealed nothing new that wasn’t already known or well suspected.
That's also untrue. That was only the first thousand or so pages they released.

did no one read the cable stating that not only did the US know about DynCorp's child sex & opium parties for the afghan police, but they intentionally covered it up with cooperation from the afghani diplomat & US dept of defense? oh...i guess thats just jerry springer stuff tho. No, whats Springer about it is no one cares & we are STILL paying taxes that go directly to DynCorp(about 14 dollars per tax paying person by conservative estimates from their own ledgers!) this doesnt bother anyone? really we are worried about assange's motives? is he wanting to start a child sex ring or trade weapons with terrorist states? no? hmmmm...whos motives are those then i wonder...?

to be honest you cant really call the bacha bazi stuff 'dyncorps sex parties', as its been hardwired into the Afghani culture for centuries, if not longer. In fact its rather ironic because the Taliban were trying to stamp it out.

regardless would you want your tax money to be secretly funding these things, the fact the Taliban were trying to eradicate it and 'we've' now removed the Taliban only to go in and somewhat promote it serves the point really doesn't it...

exactly. that the taliban had outlawed it & the people our tax dollars are funding TO TRAIN THE NEW AFGHAN POLICE are throwing the NOW ILLEGAL parties in obvious attempt to gain influence makes it all the more disgusting. i completely understand its the norm in that country but that doesnt mean i should be paying to support it further. why isnt that 14 dollars per person going to STOP IT FROM HAPPENING?

http://io9.com/5717426/rumors-continue- ... ar-on-ufos
Wikileaks founder Julian Assange told the Guardian about " references to UFOs " in some of the cables that his organization hasn't released. Now rumors are swirling that these cables are about an underwater UFO base in the Southern Ocean. The EU Times reports: A new report circulating in the Kremlin today prepared for President Medvedev by Russian Space Forces (VKS) 45 th Division of Space Control says that an upcoming WikiLeaks release of secret US cables details that the Americans have been "engaged" since 2004 in a "war" against UFO's based on or near the Continent of Antarctica, particularly the Southern Ocean. According to this report, the United States went to its highest alert level on June 10 , 2004 after a massive fleet of UFO's " suddenly emerged " from the Southern Ocean and approached Guadalajara, Mexico barely 1 ,600 kilometers (1 ,000 miles) from the American border. Prior to reaching the US border, however, this massive UFO fleet is said in this report to have "dimensionally returned" to their Southern Ocean "home base". The fears of the Americans regarding these Southern Ocean UFO's began, this report says, during the unprecedented events of July 11 , 1991 ( referred to as 7 / 11) when during the Solar Eclipse these mysterious aircraft appeared by the hundreds over nearly all of Mexico, even their Capital city. Most notable about the events of 7 /11 were that as millions of Mexicans were watching on their televisions the National broadcasts of these UFO's over Mexico City, the American media refused to allow their people to view it. Since 2004 , this report continues, fleets of Southern Ocean UFO's have continued to emerge from their bases, with the latest such event being this Friday past when another of their massive fleets was sighted over the South American Nation of Chile. The "immediate danger" to our World when these massive UFO fleets emerge from the Southern Ocean, this report warns, are the massive waves caused by their sudden eruption from what are believed to be their underwater base, or bases. In the past week alone, the Clelia II, an Antarctic cruise ship with 160 people onboard, was nearly capsized when hit by waves generated by these UFO's emerging from the Southern Ocean, and just today the Number One Insung has been reported sunk with only 20 of its 42 member crew said saved due to the same cause.

the cables about UFO's are all listed by wikileaks as secondary sources, they will not release any cables regardings ufo's unless corroborated by primary sources so dont hold your breath.

and i'd put literally everything i have on the above not being true.
