and people wanted a politics subforum on dsf? the last 4 pages of this thread are exactly why it'll never happen. embarrassing. and don't ever come in here high and mighty, taking moral high ground calling america racist. the uk has fuck all to stand on in regards to any racial common ground.

So if these are legit, they took Osama's body and left these guys to rot. They didn't give them a burial... So I guess you have to be a really elite terrorist if you want special treatment by the government.
Or they shot these guys, gave him his money and told him he wasn't needed any longer, then he promptly shaved his beard and went quietly into the night... jk. a little.

In 1956 in USA there was segregation, and lynching of black people was common. In the UK they made a video showing the plight of West-Indian immigrants where they used the word "negro". No moral high ground indeed.

He clearly didn't I expected it to be a lot worse considering it was 1956 and for some reason I assume people were more racist back then.

There are plenty of good points on both sides but people of course ignore those and focus on the people that are stupid as a way of justifying how right they are...
I personally don't know what happened but maybe i should just take it all on face value and believe?

Believe or don't believe, does it really make a difference to you or me? Of course not.
From my point of view (and yes, this is very philosophical) I don't believe anything 100% (if belief can even be expressed as a percentage) unless I have witnessed it myself.
