Nicotine despite being a poison doesn't have evidence of being a carcinogenic so is healthier than smoking tobacco anyway.
I smoked cigarettes for 25 years gave up used ecig for assistance and stopped using that after about 6 months. Good luck man.

Sinestepper wrote:omg. got bare craving, went on a hunt for an e-cig because my mate said they are good. And with blueberry flavour its mind-blowingly sound. With tobacco flavour its like smoking arse. But yep it satisfies my cravings a little and has kept me away from cigs for a bit longer! anyone else actually tried these?
I got one in December, well 2, one is from nicolites and the other is intellicig or something, they work really well but I did have a cigarette the other night when pissed

Yeah I can understand the scepticism, in Ireland pharmacies stopped offering certain brands and I don't think they've been subjected to enough long term study but I'm not sure I'd have made the step without.
The drunken cigs tough a mate of mine who quit years ago still does it occasionally but never the following day, I wouldn't because I don't think I'd stay off them I do find discreet spliffing helps but it depends on the environment

I stopped smoking at Friday. Cravings are okay. I can deal with. Biggest problem is the feeling in your chest. It feels like you need something there. In your lungs. (I was a hard smoker. Like 25 cigs per day. - If I went out maybe 30-40.) Now I do 20 push-ups everytime that feeling in my chest gets very strong . After this I feel better. I don't want to have a cigarette, because I know every single cigarette is the reason for the next one and so on.
Next joint needs to be pure. Last time I stopped smoking for 3 months, than smoked a joint with tobacco and started again.
No more nicotine!
