Had an applicant for a graduate position in my team who had "Mad4Coke@[mailprovider]" as the email address on her CV. We also did a Facebook search on her name (was a pretty uncommon name) and she had one of her Likes as "All my friends are getting married, I'm just getting fucked".

She was unsuccessful in her application.

i dont think its appropriate to judge some1 based on who they follow/who follows them

When I was working on the phones at AOL it was policy to make customers confirm their login/screen-name before we'd help them, even though the details flashed up automatically if their phone number was recognised.

I spent about 10 minutes trying to get a woman to admit her screen name once...

"Oh, I can't remember it... I just made it on the disc and I've got everything saved..."
"Sorry, can't help if you don't tell me your details"
"This is stupid.."
"I know, policy and all..." *clicks on speakerphone*
"Ok, well..."
"...."
"... my screen name is Mad4Cocks"

Managed to find a temp receptionists porn history from her CV (she used a different porn name - still managed to get there by google image searching some 'glam' photos she had)
