I'm not sure if that's the correct description of it.
You're basically throwing hurdles in your path despite being given everything you need.
You could choose to take drugs, have fun, but still maintain.
We all have our fun but at some point you need to be logical about these things.
One thing you don't do is shove that shit down your parents throat when you live under their roof.
Have a little respect.
its easy to say this kind of shit as sensible adults. but c'mon, i remember doing all types of illogical, risky, ill-advised stuff as a kid. nah, don't think anyone has been giving shit (ofc the couple of stnuc) most just tried to help/advise. Don't know about you but if I have the urge to try things and post about it on a board (much like he did) and ppl who have done it (a lot?) and have a lot of experience tell you to wait a couple of years I would wait a couple of years. If you then keep posting about how cool it all is and how much fun or w/e and now this yeah get fucked son.
