From what I grasp, Mitt Romney wanted some women to apply for something, and he said that so many women applied, people were bringing him binders full of women (or something along those lines). It's really not funny, and to be fair, it makes sense in the context if you're not a complete fucking retard.

I honestly can't believe it's been made into a thing.
