theres so many calories in shit lol compared your daily is spose to be like 2000/2500
got up late to go gym so i eat breakfast and lunch out, already racked up 2800 today lol havent even had my 3 dinners yet

It's a pain in the ass, I tried working mine out once and was up to 4k easily inc. dinner;
couple weeks ago i did a day where i just eat till i was full every time i got hungry to see how much i could eat... 8347 calories

I have always just got full up dead easy, think I get bored eating too. I won't always finish like a supermarket bought pizza for example.

im trying to do between 2500-3000 now ive started the gym properly though, & tbf its not that bad, can still eat bare just gotta choose the right foods obvs
