i highly doubt they would do it again considering how well max payne 3 ran and the amount of shit they got for gta iv.
i could run max payne 3 on all the highest settings, and although I built my pc so i could play games, I wouldn't call it a "gaming" pc. (i3 2100 3.1ghz, hd 6870 overclocked, 4gb 1333mhz ram)
so i hope they've done what they did with max payne and developed the game alongside the console version.

It's not like the formula has really changed since GTA was an overhead game, sandbox city, cars and guns, cause mayhem and do missions that are the same in concept every game.
All they really can do is make the cities larger, and the graphics and physics better.
That's why people are talking about graphics, and hell modders already did it with 4.

But it really sounds like they've switched it up a bit this time. Maybe people just want jet-packs and bigfoot but I want another story. The potential of this tri-character thing is pretty massive I think. I was pretty skeptical but it's starting to make sense to me.
I think people will complain about graphics no matter what, because how is a game of that scale meant to compete with every other game out there. But that video you just posted looks whack to me. I've seen other videos where GTA IV has looked fantastic, though I'm not a first-person fan.

Multiplayer will be ace with this, used to have jokes driving round in a car on Cops and Robbers with forum crew !

I've never really got my head around online multi-player. Is it possible to find your real life friends on there? I want co-op but that's never going to work in an open world game. If we got two TVs/PS3s next to each other could we run around the same map?
