Bahl Fwd main lead synth sound. This is probably easy to make but I can't quit get it. The synth I'am using is 3xosc in Fl studio.

sounds like a square and maybe a triangle waveform with mediunm short release and sustain and a tiny bit of attack

No idea...
Besides getting the right waveform which sounds somewhere between a saw and a square, there is a very short pitch decay happening to make that laser effect, and then you have the pluckyness from the filter so

- Mod Envelope to Osc Pitch (Fast Decay)
- Low Pass Filter Envelope

It sounds like a lot of resonance to me, but i dont know what waveforms i should start with if im completely honest
its such a simple sound too
Waveform = Triangle with Gentle Distortion (Tape Saturation) OR FM Synthesis with gentle FM mod. It's smooth with a little grit, so some gentle FM will bring out a little grit.

Then it's just BandPass wobble with medium resonance, slight delay and reverb.

You can get a sound like that in three ways of the top of my head. I don't know a thing about 3xosc but if you know the synth enough you should be able to do this.

First start with a Square-esque wave, then do one of these three things.

1. "Sync" one oscillator with an oscillator one octave lower, (or two if you want more grit). There should be a sync button if the synth can do that. Don't let the 2nd lower oscillator be audible it's just for modulating the first Oscillator.

2. Modulate the pitch of your oscillator with a sine wave LFO moving at a very fast pace (50-70khz? If my memory serves). Make sure the amount you are modulating it by doesn't distort the pitch so much that you can't hear the note you're playing anymore. Slowly change the mod amount till you hear the effect start to happen. Search for dutch lead tutorials on Youtube.

3. You can mod your oscillator with FM from another oscillator an octave lower. This will create an effect in between the two described above.

not a specific sound, but the song in general. sounds majorly compressed right? you can almost taste it. Anyone share their knowledge on what makes it sound like that

I have to know how to make this synth! It's so good and helps build emotion:-

BUMP.

Also wondered about that Synkro tune.. I don't think I've ever heard anything that pristine. It's amazing. :4:

The sound that really kicks in at 1:09, but is there during most of the intro.

I was wondering how you'd get this sorta bassline? Kinda sounds like an interesting lowpassed reese bass but I have no idea where to start with it :P

Yeah, lowpassed reese with some interesting movement. Can't give you any tips on the movement though, that's my weak point >.<
I have a Albino preset I got off DOA that sounds very alike if you're interested.

It's actually a very simple lowpassed reese. The thing that's tricking you up is all the other elements of the track making it seem like there's more going on in the sound. The only thing is during the intro there's some movement from a bandpass filter, and that movement may have been kept and then lowpassed. Other than that it's a very standard reese.

whats up there's this bass I hear in drum and bass tracks. It sounds like a regular subbass but if you listen closley you can hear like multiple levels of sound. Like different notes or octaves i cant really explain it but I cant think of a better sound these tracks have it:

At 32 - 33 seconds, there is a 'twitch' sound.
How can I do this with automation and Massive?

Thanks

Would anyone know how to get a kind of similar sound to the mid-range in this one?

sounds like a few reese basses layerd. The higher one is has that metallic color to it, so chorus/small delay w/verb. Layer a less wide and more mid range reese and then sub.
