I'm surprised anything based on footwork hasn't died out already. Considering 90% of it is awful.
Big up Om, making consistently interesting music.
Still think the '130' stuff get's a hard time on here. And while there are certain criticisms that can be thrown at that 'scene'(You could do it with any scene really). Most of the criticisms is just the shitty negative attitude that's applied to everything when discussed on the internet.

caught Om Unit last week on the start of his north american tour, sick set, nice juke-y jungle vibes (actually lots of jungle/jungle edits etc) and a few tracks from Threads... and he dropped this pitched up beauty:
hmm, i think the intro is stunning, but it doesn't really fit the rest of the tune. it's not bad at all, it just feels like two different tunes to me.

I swear, since Ant TC1 got involved with Headz they're leading the charge again. getting Om Unit on that label is an absolutely perfect fit, couldn't have imagined his dnb anywhere else.

Yeah, I can't say I like everything they've released recently but there was some good stuff on Platinum Breakz 4 and that recent Blocks & Escher release was killer.
