I'm doing an intro on a track I've finished (well..) and thought about uploading it to a few different sites like youtube, sc and so on - going through their different bitrates etc and then triggering them quite randomly, all playing at the same time. Then record that with a mic with some feedback issues. Like instead of a kickroll leading into the track - its the track leading into the track from different spots.

That's the crazy version, but the more common and useful product you can get out of something like that is a natural reverb. Just record your track playing out loud in your room and mix it in with the original as a layer. 3D!.
Aphex does it all the time on the tuss records and it's such a simple idea. It's pretty blatant in this track:
