Fuck djs who'v only been in the game a few years and come out trying to make rules for Djs like me who've been doing it for 20 years. I was playing dubplates on stage while you were still in grade school.
Make your rules and have fun gathering your flock. Spread your net and spin your web. I want nothing to do with it. In a couple years you'll be gone and I'll be the one still selling records and playing quality vinyl @ the club. Fly-By-Night. Weekend Warrior. Thanks for the occasional support but No thanks. Please take your tweaker, immitation, trendy, wannabe crew and go where its cool to jump on the next bandwagon.

everything. absofuckinglutely everything.
it was friday so, as usual, i was one of the only non-hungover people in the whole company and had to carry extra work while being horrifically fucking busy with my own work. orders were coming in from fucking everywhere. and for some reason, altho i had not gone out and got fucked until 4am like everyone else, i felt very tired and hungover and my whole body ached.
it was basically utter rape for the entire day, constantly. by the time i got to eat lunch at 3 i didn't feel hungry anymore so threw most of it away.
sessions on til 7... all clients left but one is hanging out with the receptionist basically just to drink free champagne and asks me for more, joking 'not that i'm trying to encourage people to stay longer or anything, ha!' YEH FUCKING FUNNY BITCH. I HAVE A BOYFRIEND IN HOSPITAL THAT I WOULD QUITE LIKE TO SEE, BUT THAT'S COOL... HAVE SOME MORE FUCKING CHAMPAGNE. so i gave the tit more champagne, wrote up all my receipts for the day, got to the last one and then ran to the toilet to cry. just because... the tears just came.
went to ask upstairs if they still need me and i get sent on a run in rain like i have never fucking seen before. by the time i got back i might as well have not been wearing shoes out. then i discover aNOTHER session has come in until 8 and so run to the toilet to cry some more.
finally at 8:30 after a torturous half hour of all the men in the building noticing my eyes and asking awkwardly if i'm alright i got to leave and enjoyed a leisurely stroll to my bus stop in yet more rain.

Is there a bug going round? Coz I've been the same - been in bed all day throwing my guts up.
Made the effort to get up, have a shower and a shave and grab a cuppa about an hour ago though...
Del - that sounds like a work day from hell man... full sympathy for that.
