Don't worry about pandering for the whole set, but probably try and keep a bit of a balance between stuff you're excited about and stuff they already know they like (or stuff they might've forgotten they liked) - the perfect DJ set experience goes "YEEAAAHH, I LOVE THIS ONE.... WWOOOOAAAH, WHAT'S THAT?!"
