Excuse my ignorance, but do these DMC DJs know the records they are using so well they can mix without headphones, it looks like as that guy is scratching/beat juggling he then lets go of both the records at the same time and they are perfectly beat matched (or is it just one playing?)

Probably the only one but I'm glad Dizzee has crushed this 'potential' collab with Wiley business. It'd never be grime it'd be some shite pop thing about brotherly love or some fake shit. Not heard it but Dizzee has a new tune with ROBBIE WILLIAMS?! and Roll Deep chart tunes are gash.

Thank fuck that collab will never happen cause this grime collab is a fantasy even if they did work together.

also their records are covered in tape markers.

i wouldn't put stickers on records. i've seen people do that and the needle just can't pick up the signal through the sticker. it's fucking baffling.

also what is it with scratching? it's quick and easy. i imagine it's like coming after 30 seconds as opposed to my long blends which i guess you could say is like being fucked long and slow on a rotating bed with a bunch of grapes in one hand and a swisha in the other.

Just got a new delay pedal for the dub siren, now I can plug the old one in to the effects send of my mixer

yeah that's the one, used tastefully it's not too annoying.

I don't really use it much if I'm mixing dubstep, more to fill the silence when I'm flipping a record to play the dub.
