I get what you're saying. Stopped taking that scene seriously after some label from Malaysia wanted to release a demo of mine (aka 4-5 "dark ambient" tracks of me randomly playing some midi sounds over all sorts of wind effects and wolf howls recorded "live" with a mic next to my speakers ). Also ran a website for a fake label and got all sorts of e-mails from sizan asking to buy the releases. Was even featured on some local metal site; they asked me for an interview and all that, but I declined telling them I was too true
Ferreal? :0 Link? Got anything to show? hahahaha.
I always say that for a scene that prides itself for being anti-religious, they are REALLY irrationally religious about it.

Personally i want to hear these "dark ambient" tracks of yours
Only thing left is the myspace page which I never really used cause I had the site, but that's long gone http://www.myspace.com/wolfguardprod
How could anyone like that is beyond me let alone fucking sign me. I mean, this is not music; this is something a 5 year old would do. But I guess it was really trv kvlt and obscure?
A mate and I did wanted to do something a bit more serious aka a joke izan black metal band, though with actual music this time but we never really did anything except a few guitar tracks and a Burzum cover.

What's the url? the site could've been archived by archive.org!
Hahaha 'Black Skies Cover the Land' sounds like an intro from a Darkthrone album.
Svrpeme and I are gonna do a black metal parody when we ever meet. Though sometimes it's so hard to tell what is for real and what isn't.
And I love how the third dude's name is simply 'Johannes'.

Been looking for Detritus-like stuff myself. Things Gone Wrong is my favourite though.

Yeah man Detritus is the one, i used to try and make tunes like his until i discovered him and then i got sad
Did you cop his latest LP? Different to his other stuff, no breaks and it's pretty deep and dark.
suppose similar artists probably.. Subheim? Killiminjaro Darkjazz Ensemble? Architect? Teargas & Plateglass? Not really though.
A bunch of stuff on Tympanik is sort-of-similar to it it.
It's funny, it's quite an obvious style and i suppose loads of people have though of making tunes like it, but i rarely hear anything like it.
I was referring to the remix itself by the way. It's just too sick.

Yeah, but I think I only listened to it once or twice. Gotta give it another listen.
Good call on Architect. Autoclav1.1 maybe? Though the last album oh his I got was pretty post-rock-ish. Gotta grab his new one.

At Supersonic this year they had Justin Broadrick & Nic Bullen playing solo electronic sets. Scorn has played a few times too. Can you imagine if the original Napalm Death lineup made an electronic collab? lordy.
The Bug was there too, had secret hopes for a Techno Animal set but wasn't to be.

Check out Delta 9's remixes of Agoraphobic Nosebleed tunes...
There's also an ANb record with like dev/null and Xanopticon remixes and some more hardcore shit like that.
Their singer runs a speedcore/breakcore label and I know that their guitarist is into that type of stuff too.

yes!
Altered States Of America is a classic imo
Also, the Drum Machine Gun compilation is a must have if you're into this kinda stuff

New Current Value LP (Quantum Physics) came out, i copped.
I haven't bought, or really listened to, a CV release in a while so i still think he's fucking sick.
But i reckon if you heard enough CV tunes in the past two years or so you probably wont be too impressed. Harder than the last new stuff i heard from him though.
Couple of the tunes are pretty mental tbf.
