With winter coming up, I'm starting to wonder if heliotherapy would help me get up in the morning. I've never been one to wake up early when it's dark outside and I'm looking for a gentle push out of bed.

I've used lamps with daylight simulating bulbs before. Have them come on slowly 20-30mins before my alarm is due to go off to simulate sunrise.

they're interesting, proper home of da future ish..

you certainly could do with one in the dark north, there's a time of the year where there's like couple of hours of daylight lol

February 21st, bit odd to have it on a saturday but I guess it means I dont need to take annual leave to get prep done and people can come down with less straight out of work stress

really fucking hate that DJs have that offer thing. If I pay for any service I say what I need and they give you a quote, its not a fucking flea market.
