Music-wise;

- Every gig. Well most of them
- Having a sad/moody drumfunk tune played by Zane Lowe at 7.30 PM on BBC Radio 1 to about 8 million people :o
- Maybe the best one is coming within a month or so but I have to keep schtum :!:

Mastering wise:

- Doing GZA instrumentals ( :6: @ DH )
- Doing a compilation album and then being told some of the beats were by RZA, Jazzy Jeff and Mathematics :o

Classical :

- Becoming the youngest producer of the Chicago Symphony in their history
- Gaining the respect of some of my childhood heroes (Pierre Boulez, Yo Yo Ma, etc)
- Learning how to be truly focused & disciplined...

Electronic/HipHop :

- Being selected by Peel to be on his last show before he died
- Receiving huge props from old schoolers such as A Certain Ratio & Unique 3
- (this one is mainly for the active performers, who will know why this is a big deal) : getting rave reviews from the BOUNCERS at a club. (hahah!)
- Working with all the talented musicians I do on a daily basis

Yeah man, fair shout on getting that played in the first place. :)

You're the one making moves (and releases)..! :)

I'm just a lowly forum dweller, so it definately made my day. You guys have to understand, I spent the majority of my uni time making Reason patches instead of studying. To hear one used on a tune on the radio is like validation that my months of wasted time weren't for naught..

A lot of little things for me. I think I am still waiting for that particular moment to arrive. I have played more gigs than I can count but I can't think of any that where all that special. Played out of the country once technically even though it was basically Detroit. Played in NYC once but got the broom closet, still pretty awesome for a farm boy to make it that far with djing. I am sure there is much cooler stuff coming but have yet to travel further than 4 hour car trip from my house to play dubstep.

I had a vinyl release when I made dnb but no one bought it so it was cool but not cool. Been releasing dubstep regularly finally this year on 4 different labels. Just digi but I like digi. Meh. 35 and I still haven't peaked yet, that is the good part.

Lately I think the best feeling is when you've realized you're good enough to work with people you really respect and admire and then all of a sudden you guys have made a dope tune.
Haha I had my tune on a best of dubstep 2008 torrent or something like that. It is a good feeling but then you realize your tunes are being passed around for free. I actually gave the tune out for free anyway but still.
