just listened to this for the first time,
at the S&C part!!!
and yeah that's Rusko on the vocals, he just vocoded it to sound like Roger Troutman, there's one point where he sings it at a different pitch than the original. Pretty impressive how close it actually sounds to Roger Troutman though...

the tune is great but of course im biased im from LA lol...but yeah im pretty sure he did the vocals himself........hey if they can make taylor swift sound decent on cd then im sure rusko could sound decent cause she cant sing for shit
