Does that mean you are using a seperate daw for this? or is there a standalone for it?

reaper might get some more features and more development if people started paying for a license instead of taking advantage of the fully functional demo...
then again what do i know

renoise does the same, minus save feature, yet people buy the license for that and the developers are very open to the userbase for features in versions they work on
food for thought

This is why you got a well known DAW and pay for it, because if anything does go wrong they will sort it out for you!

Noting wrong it trying other small company's out but only if it was something i need badly or something really nuts i wll mostly not buy it! but hey this is the whole point of business you need to have something extra !

the big companies started somewhere, and back then you had no option but to pay.

I considered Reaper cuz I was looking for something that I can run off a USB.

it doesn't suit my workflow...but it's a good program. it's clearly worth waaaaaaaaaaay more than $60 imo. obviously overtime it'll increase in price.

yea that's what irks me so much the license is so cheap. hell cheaper than renoise, energyxt or flstudio. skip eating out and that bag of weed for a couple weeks and support what you use so much. fuck i'm on the ramen diet now because my love of production means that much for new gear even at discount.

i've messed around in it, i have in most daws just my strong suits are fl pre 7, cubase, and renoise. i like to experiment around so if i collab in person i'm not completely out of the water and i can give balanced advice at work when people ask. if you want a free (actually) quality studio app http://www.buzzmachines.com/
and yea ask the boys of arsenic bout it or more known dubstep way symbl bout that ;)

I've seen A LOT of extremely disgruntled steiny people. Was just reading a thread about their bit bridge, fucking hilarious. Steiny said they can't guarantee that all third party vst's will work with their bridge, then someone hoisted them in saying that their own 32 bit vst's don't work with their bridge. Steiny's response - go buy jbridge! HA HA HA! I've never seen such a big fuck u from a corp developer. HA HA HA.

From what I can tell, reapers squad is WAY more responsive to user requests.

I've seen the same level of dissatisfaction from logic and sonar heads as well, so I don't know what the solution is really. Just keep doing what ur doing?
