JM 37dp is the cheapest mic I own. surprisingly warm, I use it on vocals - it's surprisingly warm (relative to price). I think I paid like 35$

you might want an SM58 so you dont cut yout lips (SM57 is more for instruments / SM58 is for vocal use)

You're meant to sing into the mic, not suck it off.
