I think we move, not time. Time stays the same, everything else changes. It's just a man made way of tracking movement and change.

to shorten the charade, cuz i need a movie now:

in a sane world, the past is by definition something that doesn't exist anymore, future is something that doesn't exist yet, and we hardly have existing this theoretical point called present.
uniting the present with a point that doesn't exist in order to create the illusion of more than a point - beats my understanding how that works

but i'm sure parson will have the curiosity to peep my post and the ability to answer the dilemma before magma comes in

this russel howard show i was watching is pretty boring, but not as much as your naive attempts to hide the obvious: you have no capacity to support your ideas and you don't understand much of the videos you watch

parson wrote:i have repeated numerous times that the worlds most eminent astronomer, Sir Martin Rees, has gone on BBC and quietly proven the existence of a creator.
yeh, he puts it like this:

"I would say I don't believe any religious dogma in that if science teaches me anything, it teaches me that even simple things, like a hydrogen atom, are pretty hard to understand. And therefore I become rather sceptical of anyone who claims to have more than a very incomplete, metaphorical understanding of any deep aspects of reality. So I'm sceptical of anyone who claims confidently to believe any dogma. But nonetheless I share with religious people a concept of the mystery and wonder of the universe, and even more of human life and therefore participate in religious services. And of course those I participate in are as it were, the 'customs of my tribe', which happens to be the Church of England."

which would put him right in the lines of "WHO THE FUCK KNOWS WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON!?"

good to see we are all on the same page
and as "what" includes god, that proves no one can write a book and start a religion based on the fact that god thinks one way or another and he wants you to do something which means the bible and its god are a lie, which means reese proved parson a fool, not the existence of god 1 second

what the fuck are y'all even talking about? nothing in that quote is about the cosmological constant. martin rees' claim that the cosmological constant is evidence of a creator has got nothing to do with dogma.

There is no 'where' in regards to time, that's why it's not a spatial dimension.

Also, time is a proven concept, both theories of relativity deal with spacetime and those theories are pretty sound.
If you travel incredibly fast, time slows down in relation. If you go the speed of light, time stops. You have swapped all your time for space, you are travelling through space at the maximum speed (light) therefore you must travel through time with the minimum speed (no time).

Not believing in time makes you sound like a mentalcase

I like watching people talk about string theory, especially those who can't even spell and punctuate.
