Their achievement on such short notice is what I truely respect a lot! I do not like Rihanna's music, but props to C&S! They managed to produce tunes for one of the largest name in music industry.

BUT

I do thing it's a smash in the face of their fans that 'Bits' won't see the light. A lot of dj's have been teasing us with this, and not releasing this is truely disrepectfull! Certainly because it's their best tune and personally one of my favorite dubstep tunes ever.

And if it's coming out (which I doubt) I hope it's not the VIP with that annoying indian sample. :s
Or take an example on Joker or Skream, and release it for free if it's really not possible to get it on vinyl.

I fully agree, would be a bit gay if it isn't coming out.

Like others have said it just seems like a waste.

Having her ruin the song is bad enough, but having the tune on her record label is fully rageworthy

cant be mad at them for not releasing it maybe frustrated but not mad....of all the poducers i bump every single one has put out super bangers that have never seen the light of day just loke through coki and mala's resume

i was about to come here and stand up for rihanna, she can sing theres no doubt about it, i just dont like her music.
but i just listended to her vocals over it, and that is SHIT,
i dont hold any grudges to c&s for selling out, if rihanna had done some decent vocals i would of supported the action, but the fact that theyve let her ruin the best tune theyve made is a disgrace

Yeah same, they can continue to do what they do and thats no problem. If it inspires more people to look deeper into the scene then that's great ( i was djing in halls of residence the other week. First part of my set wasnt filling the floor so i played some more mainstream stuff for a wee while. Eastern jam... the whole room filled up... 3 minutes later everyone was bouncing around to SKENG. Good times)

My problem with this is that if Youngsta, Loefah etc are playing your dub out, you just don't go and sell it to Rihanna so she can pretend to chat gangsta. Its a real knife in the back to some of the stalwarts of the scene, both DJs and fans.

i've had the 320 for about a week and a half.... i dont really like the tune tbh.

C&S should definatly put it out as a free 320 as its gone a different direction on the final release, its a nice gesture and will make up for the Rhianana thing a little bit. Its great when big name producers give away stuff for free (Skream, Kryptic Minds, Benga to name a few), it keeps it personal and underground, with a sense of community.

Come on C&S you know you want to win back some respec!!

Suppose I have Bits in my possession (illegaly), I'm still not allowed to play it out.

So basicly I'm nothing with a 320 if I have not the garantee I can play whenever I want.
